Heeelllo! My Name's Dave. Welcome to my Blog Show! I call it a blog show cuz it's a blog, but it also has shows. Or will have. When I get them done. Hence, blog show.
About me: I'm a writer/producer/director in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I've done projects from commercials to music videos to short films. I'm not a Hollywood studio bigshot, I'm just a guy who still has a full time job, and films every moment outside of that. I just looove storytelling!
This is my blog so I can put out all my crazy stuff in one spot and hopefully entertain some people. We'll have ongoing shows on the show, such as "The Impossible Mime" which begins filming in Spring, as well as shorts and silly commercials and things, viral little tidbits that hopefully add a smile to your day.
I'm also starting the process for making a full feature zombie/creature film called "On the 7th Dawn," check out the Facebook link to the side and follow along. That will be filmed in spring/summer 2012. 2011 is going to be a productive and fun year. Let's share it together!
